Stampin' Up! didn't come up with World Card Making Day, but is thrilled it's a thing!   It's a day dedicated to what we love best-making handmade cards!  It celebrates the creativity, and personal connection handmade cards create between loved ones.

Full Moon Spooky Cat
























1. Punch cat out of Spooky Night Designer Series Paper using the Cat Punch.
2. Punch circle out of glossy card stock using 2 1/2" Circle Punch.  Sponge Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze ink onto the circle.  Sponge the edges using Cajun Craze ink.  To add shimmer, apply Clear Wink of Stella.
3. Attach circle to Basic Black card front.  Attach to Cajun Craze mat.  Attach to Very Vanilla card base.
4. Stamp greeting from Spooky Cat using Archival Black ink.
5. Attach cat using a Mini Dimensional to pop it up.
6. Add Black Jewel Rhinestones to complete.
Card size is 3 3/4" x 4".

Clear-Mount Block Background Happy Owl-oween


























1. To create the background, tap Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie ink pads on clear-mount block "D." Spritz block with water, so the ink begins to pool and run and stamp on a 3" x 3" piece of Very Vanilla card stock.  Let the block sit on the card stock for a few seconds, lift and set the paper aside to dry completely. 
2. Mask the left side of the Very Vanilla card stock by covering it up with a sheet of grid or copy paper.  Stamp tree image from Sheltering Tree, positioned at an angle, along the left side using Archival Black ink.
3. Stamp owl image from Spooky Cat onto a scrap piece of Very Vanilla card stock.  Cut out using a pair of scissors.  Attach to front of card using Mini Dimensionals.
4. Stamp greeting from Spooky cat using Archival Black ink.
5. Attach to Basic Black card stock mat.  Attach to Cajun Craze card base.
6. Apply Black Jewel Rhinestones to complete.
Card measures 3 1/2" x 3 3/4"

Accessories: Cler-mount block "D", spritzer bottle with water, Mini Dimensionals, Black Jewel Rhinestones
Floral Spooky Cat




























1. Punch cat out of Whisper White card stock using the Cat Punch. Stamp face and ear images from Spooky Cat using Archival Black ink. Sponge Archival Black ink along the edges of the cat.
2. Place cat on 2 3/4" x 3" Whisper White card front.  You may want to apply adhesive to the back of the cat to hold it in place while you stamp the flowers.  Stamp flowers from Wood Words along the bottom of the cat and card front using Pumpkin Pie ink.
3. Pop cat up on the Whisper White card front, matching up the stamped flowers using Mini Dimensionals.  Sponge Pumpkin Pie Sponge along the edges.
4. Attach to Basic Black matting.  Attach to Whisper White card base.  Stamp greeting from Spooky Cat using Archival Black ink.
5. Tie a bow out of black Baker's Twine and attach to cat using a glue dot.  Add Black Rhinestone Jewels to complete.
Card measures 4 1/4" x 3 1/2".
