1. Spritz
watercolor paper with water.
2. Ink up daisy image using Calypso Coral ink. Lightly spritz the stamp with water and stamp. Repeat using Daffodil Delight ink. Ink up leaf image using Pear Pizzazz ink, lightly spritz with water and stamp.
3. Set aside to dry completely.
4. Once the watercolor paper is dry, over stamp the flower, flower
center, leaf, and dot images using Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, and Old Olive inks.
5. Splatter Night of Navy using Night of Navy Stampin' Write Marker.*
6. Mat piece with Night of Navy card stock Wrap 1/4" Daffodil Delight Double Stitched Ribbon around the front, securing to the back. Wrap another piece of ribbon around the middle and tie into a knot.
7. Adhere to Whisper White card base.
8. Stamp greeting using Night of Navy ink.
The key to this technique is not over think it. It is supposed to be slightly abstract!
*To do the splatter technique using a Stampin' Write Marker, simply place the brush side of the marker just inside the marker cap and flick the marker over
your project, leaving small splatter marks!
