Instructions:
Create Tin Front:
-Stamp the camera
image on Basic White card stock using Memento Black ink. Die-cut with the coordinating die.
-Die-cut a second camera from another color of card stock or designer paper. Layer and slightly offset to create depth.
-Stamp the greeting, heart, and lens on Basic White card stock using Memento Black and Real Red inks. Cut using circle
punches or dies.
-Trace the top of the tin onto Basic Black card stock with a pencil and cut out with scissors. Attach this layer to the front of the tin using Tear and Tape Adhesive.
-Attach the layered camera to the tin front. Add the greeting and lens, popping them up with Mini Dimensionals.
Create Accordion Inside Fold-out
-Cut a long strip of card stock to fit inside your tin.
Score at equal intervals to create an accordion fold (mountain/valley folds).
Fold along score lines and test-fit inside the tin. Trim if needed.
For my tin, I used Basic White card stock measuring 10" x 3 1/4" and scored at 2 3/8", 4 3/4", 7 1/8", and 10". I trimmed the corners with scissors so it would not catch on the sides of the tin as it folds out and in.
-Stamp camera bodies, hearts and greeting on the front and back of the insert using Memento Black and Real Red inks. I inked the camera bodies, stamped off, then stamped for faded images.
-Stamp scenes from Capturing Smiles on Basic White card stock using Memento Black ink. Color using Stampin' Write Markers or Blends, ink and Blending Brushes. Die-cut using the
coordinating die.
-Die-cut film strips out of Basic Black card stock. Trim to fit each of the panels.
-Attach the scenes, then add the film strips. Add film tabs at the top panels.
-Attach insert to the bottom of the tin using Tear and
Tape Adhesive.
