Turn Your Scraps into Statement Flowers!
Looking for a creative way to use up those card stock scraps and retired Designer Paper? 

These big, bold flowers are the perfect solution! 

By mixing and matching an assortment of die-cut shapes, you can create eye-catching, colorful blooms that steal the spotlight. 

Just add a sentiment to make each card uniquely yours.

The possibilities are endless!

Instructions:

1. Create the Flower Petals

-Die-cut or punch 8 petal shapes from scrap Designer Series Paper.

For variety, use different shapes—I used an oval die for the top two cards, and a triangle die for the bottom two.

2. Assemble Flowers on Card Front

-Adhere 4 petals directly to the card front in a circular arrangement.

-Layer the remaining 4 petals on top, securing them with Dimensionals for added depth.

3. Add the Greeting

-Stamp your sentiment onto scrap cardstock.

-Punch out using a 1" circle punch.

-Mount onto a contrasting circle mat, then attach to the center of the flower using Dimensionals.

4. Finish the Card

-Attach the card front to a coordinating mat, then adhere it to your card base.

-Add your favorite embellishments to complete the look!

Supplies Used:

Stamp Set: Blueberry Bunches

Ink: Shaded Spruce, Pumpkin Pie, Blackberry Bliss

Paper: A mix of card stock and Designer Paper

Accessories: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Oval and Triangle Dies, 1", 1 1/4", 1 3/8" circle punches, Dimensionals, assorted gems
