This Double Easel Pattern adds a 3D effect to your creations!
Paper
Measurements:
Card Base (Early Espresso): 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
Easel (Pecan Pie): 4 1/8" x 9 3/8", scored at 2" and 4"
Card Front DSP (Country
Woods): 5 1/8" x 3 3/4"
Bottom DSP (Country Woods): 5 1/8" x 1 3/4"
Card Inside (Petal Pink): 4" x 5 1/4"
Instructions:
1.Cut and score card stock and designer paper per the measurements above.
2.Attach Pecan Pie Easel piece to Early Espresso card base. Attach designer paper to easel.
3.Die-cut birdhouse out of Country Woods Designer Series Paper using Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and Country Birdhouse Die. Die-cut roof and perch pieces out of Early Espresso and Petal Pink card stock. Emboss using Metal Plate Embossing Folder. Attach to birdhouse.
4. Stamp bird on Basic White card stock using Early Espresso
ink. Color using Stampin' Write Markers, Stampin' Blends, or Watercolor Pencils. I used Early Espresso and Coastal Cabana Watercolor Pencils. Die-cut using coordinating Country Birdhouse die.
5. Die-cut pedestal and small circle out of Early Espresso card stock. Die-cut flowers out of Coastal Cabana card stock. Die-cut leaves out of Pecan Pie card stock.
Punch birdhouse opening out of Early Espresso and Petal Pink card stock using 1" and 3/4" circle punches and layer.
6. Attach birdhouse to bottom section of the easel using an Adhesive Foam Strip to pop it up. Attach bird using a Mini Dimensional on the righ-hand side. Attach flowers and pedestal using Mini Dimensionals. Slip leaves behind the flowers.
7. Stamp greeting on a piece of Petal Pink card stock using Early Espresso ink. Attach layered birdhouse opening using a Mini Dimensional. Slip greeting behind the opening using a Mini Dimensional. Attach small circle using Liquid Glue. Add embellishments to the flower centers.
8. Attach Petal Pink card stock to the inside of the card to complete.
